President Marc Ravalomanana, exercising its absolute right to return to his country to respond to a legitimate aspiration of the Malagasy people and participate in outreach to negotiations conducted under the auspices of the International Ombudsman in the context of the crisis, has been brutally prevented Saturday, February 19, 2011 by the coup government of the HAT.
The international community, especially within her the African Union at its Summit of 31 January 2011 confirmed the individual sanctions decided on March 17, 2010 against the leaders of the NDT, is urged to demand the lifting of these immediate and unconditional return of the ban strikes in Madagascar Marc Ravalomanana, his family and companions.
Otherwise, and since the immediate consequence of maintaining this prohibition is to prevent Ravalomanana to assert its views on proposals for such a "roadmap" on which the International Ombudsman seeks advice or cons-proposals of all parties to the negotiations, any inaction tends to rise will cause heavy responsibility towards the people of Madagascar, whose democratic aspirations have been once again ignored.
In this sense, President Ravalomanana reiterated its confidence in the willingness of all parties, the international community and international mediator to end the suffering of the people of Madagascar like to see Madagascar embark resolutely on the path of progress and democracy, and appeals to the sense of responsibility to the HAT.
