"Motion uncoupling" in place Mr Paul Biya, in power for 28 years in Cameroon

Considering that you're took office Nov. 6, 1982 with slogans like "Rigor, moralization and Democracy ;

Considering that 28 years of reign, you made the dubious feat of turning this country prosperous, self-sufficient in food and developing into a "Country Poor and Corrupt Heavily Indebted which 60% of the population lives on less than 500 CFA francs per day, while some of our fellow survives only thanks to food parcels World Food Programme (WFP);

Considering your long and perilous reign at the helm of our country has sown the ruin, desolation, death and disappointment to our people and its youth;

Considering you miss all credibility when, at age 76 years and after 28 years of rule, you discover suddenly, like magic, "big ambitions " for Cameroon, even though you missed when you were younger and throughout your reign

Considering that every year you spend in total more than 10 month out of your office, basking in particular the Continental Hotel in Geneva and in your Ranch Mvomeka to relax and play lazily "Songo'o" drinking palm wine;

Considering that, despite your criminal record and heavily negative at Your name "great ambitions" illusory and ridiculous, you're going to extend your suicidal apocalyptic reign as head of our country by a sham election in 2011;

Us:
Citizens Cameroonians in the Diaspora, gathered at the Place du Trocadero in Paris, France, at the initiative of CODE (Collective of Democratic and Patriotic Organizations in the Diaspora Cameroon) to commemorate the 28th anniversary of your hold-up our country

- You declare incompetent and judge your "great ambitions" demagogic, ridiculous and illusory;

- Let us clearly distinguish and dissociate ourselves dramatically , all these "Appeals" and other "Motions of Support" that you elicit dishonestly with billions, to warrant your suicidal stubbornness keep you in power against the will of our people;

- You're firmly Warning , against this pernicious and evil and we will summon the same time, immediately take all the consequences of your 28-year reign ended in resounding failure at all levels (economic, political, cultural and social ) in you withdrawing from the race in any upcoming presidential election.
